Age: Old enough to know better, young enough to get away with it.
Coat: Orange-gold mettallic color.
Mane: Fooshes out in all directions. Mettallic Silver, with the consistency of wire.
Eyes: Purple.
Hooves: Chrome
Personality: Childish, immature, tricky, psychotic.
Not too much is known about him, except that he was found wandering around muttering something about the Green Weasles one day. Someone slipped something in to his grass one day when he was little, and since then, he hasn't grown a day older, mentaly or physicaly.
Since he hasn't hit puberty yet and most likely never will, his main goals are to stay amused; something that's beginnning to get a little hard since he's been around so long. His memory is fuzzy though, since once something happens and is done with, it ceases to interest him.
he vaguely remembers those he meets, depending on how interesting they were to him. He views most as either uninteresting, or toys to play with.
He has a little concept of cause and effect, but rarely thinks or cares about it.
If he's in trouble, he'll most likely sidle up to the nearest mother figure and cry like a baby.
Neji is not only an Occupational Hazard, he's a Attention Monger as well...
