If you move up on your competitions, you can move up at the beginning of next year, rather then mid-feis year, even if you have been dancing over a year. If you feel comfortable with your dances, you can move them up mid-year and just notify the feis' of the changes you will make. You could compete in 15&0ver, but I think you have to stay there if you move ther (although I may be wrong about that).
