Yes, Kinsella is in it's second year of business now. They are good with the kids in lessons- however, they are not always good at returning phone calls etc... My daughter started dance classes with them in May, 2006 and was told from the beginning that she would dance at Irish Fest. Until the end of July we were told that she would do Irish Fest. Then, the group emails stopped including the beginning class. When the parents of the beginners would call or email we were told that the teachers/ owners would get back to us and they never did. Irish Fest went on without our kids and the class that was Group 1 was introduced as Beginners. Our kids were crushed! I think that Kinsella still has much to learn about running a successful business. Had they addressed with us in July that our kids wouldn't perform; perhaps we wouldn't be upset- but to blow us off?? She has agreed to refund our August dues as there were no classes for our kids in August but we are still negotiating July as our longest rehearsal was 21 minutes with two 3 minute breaks in between. The first week of July there was no rehearsal- or the last week in June- which was a full month's dues... and the shortest rehearsal of July was 12 minutes with a four minute break. SO I paid a full month's dues for a total of one week's worth of lesson time...
Please be aware that although they are accomplished dancers, the customer service skills in this school are still in the learning stage as the owners/ instructors are still very young.
