As we haven't seen many comments on this legendary debate recently, I would like to point out that Sheryl Crow is head and shoulders above both Kylie and Jacko on the musical front. Admittedly Kylie is sexier, but her music's and songwriting is nowhere as good, and as for Jacko, well he's just weird (and past it too judging by his drab new single.)

And if Paul Cool tries to come back with some argument that Kylie is better, all I need to tell you is that this is the man who PAID to go and see Steps in concert. I rest my case.

Dave, I little known fact is that Cheryl Crow played guital for Jacko's bad tour.

Can I ask that you reserve judgement about The King's music until yuou have heard the latest album (Invincible) - it is quite simply awesome. You Rock My World is one of the worst songs on CD, I can't understand why it was released (but even still its better than anything Cheryl Crow has ever knocked out). I'm afriad I find her ad her music very plain - give me a talented weirdo any day!

Nevertheless I do share your sentiments about Kylie, who the hell will buy her music when she becomes old and haggered (except perhaps Steps fans).

INVINCIBLE: UK Sales Figures

The following Top 5 comprises purely of official album sales from Monday
in the UK.

1. 34282 MICHAEL JACKSON INVINCIBLE
2. 13851 STEPS GOLD - THE GREATEST HITS
3. 11122 MISTEEQ LICKIN' ON BOTH SIDES
4. 10424 KYLIE MINOGUE FEVER
5. 6741 ALICIA KEYES SONGS IN A MINOR

The Official UK Album Chart comprises sales from Sunday through to Saturday, and will be revealed this Sunday.

Using the above figures as a guide, Michael Jackson is now estimated to sell over 100,000 copies this week alone.

Incidentially it is due to enter the US charts at no. 1
