Yes mate went along and met Ash there which was a nice suprise. He played 56mins in the first half, disallowed an own goal, blew for offside when their player passed it to buster and booked Bent when he fell over a player when clean through.Third division football, third division referees.

Ash managed to play for 56 minutes?! At his age that's not bad - Daddy Kool indeed! It shows you can draft anyone in to a side to get to the top of this league now.

Of course, Wozzer may have been referring to the ref (no,really?) but it did make me smile when I read Wozzer's reply to start with!

Anyone heard anything about the Exeter game being all ticket next Tuesday? I'm sure it's not, because we would have heard by now otherwise. The prices have been put up by a pound though to draft in police following those tosspot City 'fans' who tried to hold up the game last year after we scored.

Mark
I did play for the first 56 mins but then me bagpipes sprung a leak and despite Wozzer sticking his finger in the hole not another sound was heard. Despite a crappy game it was great to see Wozz and his mates and we got a lot of good chants going, the green army are truly something to be proud of on their tours . As we pulled into the Michaelwood services on the way to the game we were followed in by the Argyle team and spent a pleasant half hour with them before the match,on the way out of Cheltenham the caoches had a large police escort! suddenly we came to a halt , a police motorcyclist appeared in the front of our coach and explained that we could not continue as his bike had broken down ,I shouted "Poor ole policemans broken down ,broken broken broken down,"and all the coach joined in.He then very embarrased said we havn,t got another bike available, which led me to One bike ,he,s only got one bike ,he,s only got one bike! he couldn,t handle any more and walked off.
Hope you guys are enjoying yourselves and that the Gulls soon shew some drastic improvement. If you want to have a meal before the game on boxing day let me know soon as it will be difficult to fix anything up ,perhaps we can get together after the game?
all the very best
ash
