Just arrived back in the country after a wonderful stay in Madeira,hope you are all well.It may interest you to know that I will once again be leading the Torquay singing at home park.When I left the country I asked Ken to use my season ticket and get our boxing day seats but such was the demand he missed out , so not wishing to let me down he headed for plainmoor at 4 o,clock Sunday morning,he was first in the queue but was questioned and told no ticketrs to plymuff boys ,Ken replied but we are mates of the Barnstable Gulls and yes on this information he was given two tickets.So we are well chuffed to bewith you guys although totally gutted that we can,t be in are beloved Devonport end, we look forward to the occasion with interest and yes if its ok with the great Wozzer of Oz we will be in the Civil Service club . What time will you guys arrive ? Is the fantastic Claire coming ? How many players will torquay keep on the field? Will we hear Torquay fans sing? How will you handle the dissapointment this time? Watch this space ,

That's one of the funniest things I've ever heard! Saying you're mates of the Barnstaple Gulls and on that information alone you managed to get tickets! Outstanding!

In response to your other questions Daddy Kool, I would imagine we'll be arriving soon after midday, with Claire in tow, and hopefully we'll park up at the Civil Service Club. (That's if someone can remember exactly how to drive there!) As for keeping 11 players on the pitch, well that I doubt (Ian Gore and Chalqi being the players that spring to mind in the not so distant past). And as for Torquay fans singing - this year will be much different! Last year you see we were all depressed being at the bottom of the table....hold on a second....

How desperate must Ken have been to come out with that line, I'm amazed you weren't flatly refused for even admitting to knowing us! Anyway looking forward to the big game and to meeting up again.
