Subject: Can we please make a few limits on the sacrificing?

I hate to keep bothering you but by now Kapu is very annoyed because a Black Magic wolf came into his home and took a pup to be killed. One limit I would like to impose is that any wolf or pup that is neutral, at least at this time, should not be bothered. Also, if light pups that are already played by other players are taken the taker should remember the rule that one player can not decide if another player's character is dead.
Because some wolves either don't want to or are not ready to join the war it would be best if Howling Haven and Dark Forest were left alone. Black Magic wolves can only enter those two tts under certain circumstances, like that they were given permission, or if they have something more important to do besides stealing pups.
If the alphas of Snowy Pines also complain about Black Magic wolves, then that tt is also out of boundry for the war.

I believe those are all the complaints, suggestions, and limits I have for now. Though perhaps at a later time I may think of something else. Thank you for reading this.
