Ich finde es scheißegal, aus welcher Zeit die Musik kommt, oder ob es früher schonmal etwas vergleichbares gegeben hat. Hauptsache es gefällt mir. So auch mit Bands wie Libertines, Strokes oder Franz Ferdinand. Ich höre genauso auch ältere Sachen, aber mir ist es eigentlich egal. Ich lege eher auf die Musik wert und schaue nicht danach, ob es das schonmal gegeben hat.
Muse hab ich noch nicht gecheckt...d.h. ich habs noch net gehört ;-)
The Mars Volta will ich mir auch mal bald anhören, da es angeblich so toll sein soll.
