Erstmal eins vorweg, ich bin kein extrem talentierter Gitarrengott, aber ich kann dir vielleicht ein bissel helfen. Man kann z.B. die eine Gitarre einen Dur Akkord spielen lassen und die andere spielt den dazugehörigen Moll Akkord. Also D-Dur hat als parallele Molltonart z.B. h bzw. b(internationale Schreibweise)

Der innere Kreis im Quintenzirkel steht für die parallele Molltonart.
Normalerweise spielt eine Gitarre Akkorde und die andere eine Melodie, was aber nicht immer so sein muss. Bei der Melodie musst du einfach rumprobieren. Z.B. auf der Pentatonischen Tonleiter.

Alle Tonleitern aus diesem Link kannst du überall auf dem Griffbrett verschieben. Die erste z.B. kannst du über eine A-Moll Kadenz spielen. Probier einfach ein bisschen rum. Nehme dir z.B. eine Akkordverbindung auf Kasette auf und probiere dann, welche Töne passen.
