Patience, as well as her excellent fighting ability, had always served her well, and she expected that this situation would test her patience to its limits. ((I know that techically Death is an adult. But Death is younger than Dessa, and Dessa prefers not to fight. She will use her words to talk out a situation instead of fighting. While she will not be outright rude, she will be a smart aleck and sometimes even condesending. You must realize that Dessa is merely protecting what she considers hers... meaning her home and her mate. I hope that Dessa's words do not offend you, and I apologize in advance if they do.))
