harker was a guy from darlo who all the darlo skaters will have met or been friends with at one time or another.

i never met him but i have mates who did and mates who were close friends with him...

in short harker had a lot of problems in his personal life and went to jail for killing a prostitute...

noone from darlington has recovered fully from the shock of hearing that news to this day so whichever dick thinks it's funny to joke about it can go to hell.
