You're still having FTP problems? I think your site is fucked. Track down the guy who runs your hosting thing and beat him until he fixes it. Alternatively, you should check that you haven't installed any of the filed from CD. If you have they will be in read-only format and that will be why you can't change stuff. To remedy this, you'll have to use MS-FTP (Otherwise known as Internet Explorer) and change the properties of the files from that. Search the Internet of MS-Help for info on that, 'cos I've forgotten how to work the logging of bit.
