It falls upon my already burdened shoulders to inform the band that you are never going to get a record deal with such a stupendously ugly man for a bass player. I am afraid that in order to get any kind of contract in todays judgemental society a band must only recruit musicians with looks as well as talent. Therefore it is a foregone conclusion that Alex is undoubtadly going to make it in the industry, there is a 50/50 chance of stevros and ven becoming successful musicians but the ugly, talentless jism monkey that is 'ratty' has about as much chance of being famous as a one armed juggling gibbon. With brain damage.

So the bottom line must unfortunately be this...
sack your bassist.
