Check out the site(collegerpi.com)--everyone starts even(all tied for #1)--

The problem is that the high majors will rarely give a home and home(maybe a two for one) and a lot of schools are willing to "sell their souls" for a guarantee--

So, very quickly, the majors will kill the lower majors in the preseason(you have an upset or two, but the vast majority of preseason games are won by the high majors at home) so at the end of the preseason the high majors have all the high rpis--
