Subject: UCI wins in double OT--96-93

In a great game for the fans, with both teams leaving nothing on the floor, UCI beats Pepperdine in double OT--

Actually Irvine still has some rough spots to work out--It missed a lot of free throws early and had way to many turnovers--

However they rebounded very well and took away Pepperdines inside game(which may have been a mistake since the Waves made 12 threes--most of them late to force the first OT--

Although they did not have great floor games, UCI big three did step it up at the end--

Jerry Green--41pts, 8 assists and 5 rebounds--Jerry was 13 of 21 from the field, 4 of 5 from the three and 13 of 15 from the line--

Adam Parada-- 14 points and 13 rebounds(6 or 8 from the field)

Jordon Harris-- 18 points, 5-8 from the field and 7 rebounds--

Mike Hood also played well from outside with 13 points--3 of 8 from the three point area(plus a huge 3 point bucket with 2 secs in the first OT to force the second OT)
