 心與心的接觸是很重要的，學習如何接觸自己的心，別人的心，才會回到至善的本質，達到愛人的境界。

生命是一件非凡的事情，因為透過去了解生命的完整性。生命其實是很完整的，過去、現在、未來，都是生命，要了解過去，也須了解當下及未來，但是，我們不能只拿生命的一個片段，用這一個片段活著，可是大部分人卻都是這樣。有些人活在過去，有些人活在現在，有些人活在未來，您是否自我察覺與自我了解？是活在生命的片段裡？還是活在完整的生命裡？

　　有些人一直活在過去，過去的種種，太美好，一直不願面對現實，真實的面貌，或者過去太傷痛，沈溺於過去的傷痛而無法自拔。

深入過去、現在、未來去察覺、面對與處理，透過內在心靈有效、除草、耕種、澆水，在花園裡才會開出美麗的花朵。

溝通...若自己也不清楚自己，怎溝通???????
