You mean College Football Data Warehouse? Man, I miss that site. I think I saw somewhere a while back the original owners shut down the site and wanted something like $10,000 for the data. It came back for a bit in an incomplete state but is now gone again.

There is College Football Reference https://www.sports-reference.com/cfb/ but, alas, it only has the FBS schools

https://college-football-results.com/ has results back to 1945 for FBS, FCS, division II, and NAIA schools. Has some division III schools, but not all.

There are a lot of mistakes on that site. U. of San Francisco had D1 football, and went undefeated in 1950. They never got a bowl invite because they played black players which was bad at the time.

Milwaukee had D1 football, and so did West Texas A&M, NE Illinois, US International, Brooklyn, U. of Baltimore, District Columbia, Wayne State, Mich., Western Reserve, Sewanee, Oklahoma City U. and others.
