I just want the damn team to win and can't stand when people make excuses instead of making plans for how to correct the issues, E3. If you can't do that, you don't deserve to lead.

I'm sure Kampe is a nice guy, but this isn't high school and he's paid to produce results by making progress to the Big Dance. My expectations were not that the O'rena would be filled with league championship banners by now, but that said, I didn't expect to see an OU team tank an entire season. I didn't expect a number of kids just stop developing as players.

Everybody on this board wants to see OU make that trip to the NCAA. Can anyone really say we've made progress to getting there this season?
