I guess I would rather have a TEAM that wins something meaningful than an INDIVIDUAL who gets some publicity anyday. Your sarcasm indicates you feel differently.

Regarding recruiting, I think that playing in a program that knows how to develop complete players is attractive, not one where being the top player makes you bulletproof. If Gilmore and Williams don't get the coaching to make them complete players, then look to have more INDIVIDUAL CENTERED pub and a program that will lack the ability to win meaningful (tourney) games.

With Helms, the lessons were not taught because the teacher was not able to lead the class.
