No tacos at midnight, no, no-siree,
The cost of this learning, unbearable, you'll see!
Tossing and turning gave way to hellish scenes,
Marching in sequence, an upside down dream.
Out of my body, through means far from clear,
My spirit entered that pretty head of my wifey, so dear.
The "fun" quickly started, with me looking out,
Peering through her batting eyelids, confused? Hope to shout!
I shuffle around, taking hours in the john,
Prissing and primping, my face to put on.
Oh, DRAT! Broke a nail! Oh HORRORS! Oh CRAP!
My perspective was zaney, all fell in my lap!
Changing my mind back and forth (It's my right, you know!)
When all else fails, a good cry I will show.
First bitchy, then itchy, Why? -- JUST BECAUSE!!!
Coupon-clipping, ice tea sipping, all gossip and buzz.
Mercifully, magically, all dreams run their course,
Through fluttering eyelids, I awoke, non the worse.
Hurrah! Hallelujah! Three cheers and a hoot!
Reunited at last with my raw male roots!
