Wal, alrighty Dewey. I'm justa working my li'l ole fingers to the bone outcher in Texas. I accepted this consulting deal thinking it would be about a month. Today is the sixth week with no end in sight. Originally, I figured this would be a pretty good deal. I could pay for the new engine for one of my antiques, a new transmission for another one and replace the a/c unit in the house without having to put a dent in our budget. Now, with it dragging on longer than expected, the rotten old lady is coming up with all kinds of crap that we suddenly "need". Put in a second driveway, cut down trees in the yard, put in more trees in the yard, truckloads of rosebushes, etc. Sheesh!! I'm supposed to be retired!!!
