It's called a "hyperlink" - Like this:

<*A href="LINKGOESHERE">DESCRIPTION GOES HERE<*/A>

Replace "LINKGOESHERE" with the actual link to a page - (You can see it in the address bar when on a webpage), Then type anything you want in place of "DESCRIPTION GOES HERE".
Notice that I placed 2 asterisks in the code to keep browsers from treating this example as a hyperlink - They should not be in the actual code.
Also note the space between the A & h - No spaces in the link - Spaces are allowed in the descryption.

To copy a link, click & hold your left mouse button &
move the cursor over it to highlight it & press the CTRL & C keys at the same time. This copies it to the clipboard.
Next, Click wherever you want to place the link & press the CTRL & V keys to paste it there. You can then add the code tags as above.
