It's about 610 miles(650 to my niece's place up in the hills). Take 9 1/2-10 hours depending on how brave I am about the po-leese.
Had a gooood time. Saw lotsa old friends at the party and dang sure stoked up on Tex-Mex food. Stopped on the way out of town yesterday morning and got some good ol' breakfast tacos. Yummy! Got a small supply of wood too.

The best part is that I save about $250. on my paint supplies. 'Course, the trip expenses ate up most of that, but at least the trip was "paid for" by the savings.
