Makes sense to me.. I too sometimes wake up but my solution is reading.. I used to be an avid reader, I could read for hours on end but now that I know everything there is to know I can only read one sentence or maybe a paragraph and I'm gone.... but I agree.. So many people go by schedule that the sked ultimately overcomes their objectivity (I read that). Sometimes I get a hard on at the Supermarket....Go figure...
