Maybe I should start a BLOG.. No, that won't work because I only get this vociferous about every six months...I just hate to see the board so blank.. My wife left on the 1st of July for Oak Harbor WA to visit the daughters and grandkids. Couple of weddings etc. She will be gone 'til 1 Sept. Not that I don't miss her but it's nice to have so much time on my hands... Drink beer, eat, sleep...Baddo Baddo... I was up to 189 when I realized I needed to cut back...so I gave up beer and ate veggies for 6 weeks and lost 11 lbs. Neat! so I went on a kick and lost 6 more lb. This was after she left.. anyway, it's been hot here, I realize you read or see on TV about the nationwide heat wave. But here it hasn't been below 110 deg since 5 Jul. (89 deg overnight low) 117 on Tue, 114 on Wed and 114 so far today. Don't get me wrong, I love it. That's why I live here. Drive out to the access road and no traffic in either direction (Stay home snowbirds). More later....
