Subject: Road Record a Major Disappointment

The 6-6 Big West record is a major disappointment. The team continues to find ways, notably turnovers, to lose on the road no matter the opponent's talent. The loss to UCSB was expected; this senior-ladened team should be able to beat Cal-Poly. Why does the game always seem to be in the hands of the guards at the end? Our best shooters are the big men. Why can't we run the offense at the end? Opposing teams are throwing pressure at us and we never seem to be able to make them pay with layups at the other end. But, take heart, running the table is not out of the question. In fact, this team should do it. Pacific needs to finish fourth or better in league to avoid UCI, Utah State and UCSB in thre first round of the tournament. I think those teams will finish 1-2-3 in no particualar order.
