一名阿富汗旅客因为在广州白云机场抛撒白色粉末而被中国警方拘留。

香港《明报》报道，当一名阿富汗籍男子于前一晚乘坐飞机由越南胡志明市抵达广州白云机场时，中国海关官员拒绝其入境。这名旅客在愤怒之余，掏出一袋白色粉末向空中抛洒。

由于担心粉末就是令人谈虎色变的炭疽病菌，白云机场当时一片恐慌。

后经检疫人员化验，这名阿富汗人抛洒的粉末只是面粉，一场虚惊才告结束。

《明报》说，按照中国有关规定，由于这名阿富汗人的行为触犯了《航空法》，他已被中国警方拘留。

中国第九届全国运动会将于下周日（11月11日）举行，为了确保安全，中国的保安措施进一步加强。其中包括对外国人的入境控制。
