J'ai téléphoné à M. Landry, des ressources humaines du SPVM afin d'obtenir des précisions sur la question.

L'entretien téléphonique a été très courtois. Il en est ressorti que le cumul de l'ancienneté comme policier court à compter du jour où nous sommes devenus policiers (assermentation). Un article de notre convention collective régirait la question.

Comme nous n'étions pas officiellement policiers durant la semaine de formation, notre date d'ancienneté ne serait pas affectée.
