Subject: POSTPONED MATCHES

The Board of Directors of the EDofCC has made a decision that due to the uncertain weather and possible flooding, games for both Ladies and Mixed leagues of the Fall 2003 season will be postponed for Week Two play. A member of the BOD will contact you as soon as possible concerning the rescheduling of the match. If we are not able to reach you or a member of your team, we will notify your sponsor about the postponed matches. If your contact numbers have changed, please call or email Rose Hudson or Amy Buckley for more details. Please make sure we have your most current contact information.

The Board of Directors has made a ruling that Week Two matches for both Ladies and Mixed leagues will be postponed. All teams have between now and August 4th to make up this postponed match. Captains should schedule make up games. Division Directors or a member of the BOD must be notified of the date and location of match. Whenever possible, the match should be held at the Week Two HOME team location. Postmark deadline of 24 hours apply to make up games.
