There are many, actually. The Coastal Bend Darts Association (CBDA) is the local steel dart league. There are a number of local bars that sponsor teams in that league. My wife and I played steel darts for several years but have not played with CBDA for several seasons. I don't have a list of all of the bars that have steel darts but the one place that come's to mind is Cody's Sports Bar, 5637 1/2 Carroll Lane, (361) 852-7300. I don't have any contact info for that league either but I'm sure you could get it from someone at Cody's.
