This Hurd guy is starting to look more & more like an inept & total clown.

If it took this long to bust him I'd be inclined to suspect maybe this half a key undercover buy just may have been his one "high-level" purchase, given the confiscated $88K in his car that he tried to get back back in July. If he had really been this involved they could have busted him long before now.

Hurd was still trying to impress the "co-conspirator" (who's 'legit') to 'invest' & also wanted to dabble on the side.

I suppose it could still tie to Urkel. It would also be easy to 'randomly' name him on some 'list' now, too.
