Subject: Newt's an interesting study

Is he merely a true pathological narcissist (at the least) or merely one of those who has 'matured' & 'ascended' into one who at some point decides this true nature (enriching himself at whatever cost) is best served by executing his life as an uber-scamming sociopath, by conscious design ... that is to say he'd be maximizing his true nature by ramping up his inherent narcissism pathology to an ultimate sociopathic degree (& still get away with it).

His ultimate con game is to 'legitimize' himself (i.e. Newt, inc.) as a media/culture brand that people will pay for his mere utterances & which he panders to whomever would pay him to utter.

Therefore it doesn't truly matter much how contradictory, surreal, blashphemous, inflammatory, illogical or utterly ridiculous what he says or proposes may be, just the notoriety of him saying it how he says it increases his personal payoff in the form of "$60K speaking fees", 'book' sales, campaign ca$$$h, lobbyist fees, work as a beltway media talking head, etc. In the conservative world, there's a steady demand for what he's cookin' & he's hellbent on maximizing exactly that at any expense.

He utterly lacks true human empathy or any real concept of the basis of the needs of WTP other than to study them in order to situationally formulate his lines of pandering in the moment.

Here's a list of traits to look out for when watching him. I think it's quite illuminating that this is an example from from the perspective of one of the most vulnerable to narcissist con artists' wiles, none other than than the subset of religious fundamentals.

If you don't like this very detailed list, there are many others available that you can mix & match to his 'performance'. He's obviously nothing more than a noxious walking gasbag of snakeoil fumes.
