It's coming back to me now -- there were some big stars in the movie -- Julia Roberts, Drew Barrymore...the guy doing Barris looked to me like Johnny Depp doing Hunter S. Thompson. I generally boycott all Julia Roberts movies, but I might make an exception in this case. It's just too out there. Besides, Gene, Gene the Dancing Machine remains one of my favorite TV characters of all time.
