it's almost official, I accepted a counter-offer over the phone today, but haven't signed anything.... Shouldn't be any problems, assuming it passes an inspection, I hope to be in 1st weekend of March.

(Oh - and before you look - those of you who still live in the land of affordable housing, ignore the price. It sucks, but this is what it costs to get into a house out here, and believe me, this is well below the median home price for Denver metropolitan area).
