Of course what immediately comes to my mind is that if the employer has a problem with "LaQuiche" they might also have a problem with "Mary" at the interview when it turns out "Mary" is a black woman.

Of course "LaQuiche" does have more of a "street" sound to it, so maybe "Mary" would still fare better since she at least gets the chance to prove herself...
