... loss or tie in that game, the Browns (right now) still have to win one more game than the stillers in the remaining six to win the division. that's also the case even if Atlanta had beaten them outright, as no advantage was conferred to the Browns through invalidation of tiebreaker protocols via the actual result as compared to an outright stiller loss in that game. with no tie and both teams at 5-5, the Browns would still have to win one more relative game due to the tiebreaker advantage to take the division crown.
