Og stian dette er jo helt feil "Den aller første zombie filmen som benyttet seg av Zombies var faktisk I Eat Your Skin (-61). Men "Zombie" ble ikke skikkelig ettertraktet før Romero ga ut Dawn of the Dead."

Og jeg har sett Zombiefilmene helt fra 30 tallet, White Zombie og Revolt of the Zombies er fra den tiden, begge regisert av Victor Halperin. Forskjellen fra disse filmen og de Romero har laget, er at Zombiene ble styrt av en Zombiemaster ved hjelp av voodoo. Det er forøvrig masse filmer om Zombier som er laget før 61.
