Yes, Pep, we're glad you're okay. Hope you get your house back in order soon and your computer up and running.

Annie, the job is going well. Working in a fine-dining restaurant kitchen is fascinating. Going into my 4th month now and enjoying many elements. The people I work with are all very nice, from the executive chef to the sous chefs, prep cooks, dishwashers, and of course my boss, the head pastry chef. The owners are wonderful too. I'm sure learning a alot. Thanks for asking.

And thanks for the offer of recipes. I ordered a new computer the other day so once that arrives and gets set up I can begin to rebuild the collection.
