there are two dogs in the back alley which i can tell aren't properly nourished.It is not safe for them to be there anyway because one of their puppies got run over.The other two were adopted.Anyway,they have almost harmed two small children and when cornered or surprised they are quite viscious.They are i think almost completely wild.
