Well, last I saw, he was also using one damn fine electro-harmonix "big muff" distortion pedal, which beefed up the end of the emperor in no small way. I didn't get chance to see what paul was using. They're pretty expensive (over a hundred quid I think) but surely a worthwhile investment!! They pop up on Ebay all the time, so it may be worth having a deeksy!! I find squier telecasters do an excellent job, especially if you fit some decent pickups. You NEED big amps, vox or marshall, naturally, don't go for peavey combo's or the like!! Better start saving your paper-round money!!! Who the fuck do I think I am, like?
