than flowers spilling through the railing? I have nasturtiums in bloom and hanging petunias, New Guniea impatiens, sweetpeas, other stuff. From the ground it really is pretty and getting a few compliments on it has been nice. Smells good too! It's great to garden without a 'garden'.
