Male Goblins should be blueish in color, any shade of blue. Tufts of hair in unnatural places of the skin. Male goblins are not pretty.
They can be brave or cowardly.
They are subservent to the female Goblins.
They call themselves Kobolds. Goblins or Gobs is a slur, used by the other races.
Male Goblins never travel alone, there are at least five or so to a band.
Goblins are not necessarly the bad guys. They are a race that has been forced from their land and/or killed. Individual Goblins can be smart or stupid.
The average male goblin is equal to a human male in a fight.
The male goblins fangs come up from the bottom teeth.
The usual weapon for a Goblin is a spear.
The average height for a Goblin should be about 4'6", However in a pinch, they can be taller.

Female Goblins though they have the blueish coloring they are pretty. They are extreamly smart. But they are not physically strong. They dress in fine clothing compared to the males rags.
They very seldom if ever come to the surface.
Each female has a group of males loyal to them, the higher the rank the more males.
The highest ranking females are known as the Cursed.
The female goblins fangs come up from the bottom teeth, but they are very dainty.

Goblin children are called nits. They are raised communally, though the males and females are segregated. Females are always treated better than the males.

For teeth I used Scarecrow brand teeth. They are easy to use and they look real. But they are a little expensive.
The teeth shouldn't hang out of the mouth like a bulldog. When a Goblin closes his mouth the teeth should be hid in the mouth. Try not to constantly show the teeth, in other words don't exagerate them.

Goblins have the whole range of emotions. Happy, sad, jealous, angry, etc. However they are extreamly loyal to the cursed. The loyality is hardwired into them. It would be totally out of character for one of the males to betray a female Goblin.
