i start to feal a little fatiged but i countinue my training and i do 100,000 pushups wile standing on my hand and i do the same amount of situps wile hanging upside down. then i practice my sparing form, my punches, my kicks, and my flips for 4 hours. after that i start consitraiting on my energy and i form ki blast and send them around my ship and i try to stop half of them with other ki blasts and the other half i take the damige head on so i can bild my endurance.
