Hey, I think I know who you are talking about. My friend who lives in LA says that she learned through the vine that Ali has been seen with some guy from the east coast. He is younger than her. He goes to University of Georgia or something like that. I think she told me his name is MATT or something common. NO LAST NAME Though.
