All very true... The human intellect has no meaning beyond human life. But what then? Are we to sit around and do nothing, seek nothing and cry woe is me because eternity hasn't been handed to us on a platter? Or are we to accept the nature of reality and realize that the fact of an ending to everything doesn't change my ability--at this moment--to feel pleasure, find truths, create and live. Why does 'meaning' in human life have to be stamped on the universe? It would seem more noble to create your own meaning... In my opinion, if one is waiting around for someone or something to give their life meaning, they don't have it and very likely never will.
