You are misunderstanding this. I wish to be XCW Commissioner. If they start RPing then there would be no reason to be fired if you only RP once and leave you should be fired. I would also take into consideration who just joined. I would ask the owner for all the imformation about how long ago they joined. I would only fire by the rules, on the rules page. If you don't RP for 2 week you'll get a warning and then if nothing your fired. So since XCW has been in a little bad way lately they have lost count of how often people RP!

Calm down I will be a fair and honest commissioner if I get the oportunity. But if I do don't count on me updating the site becasue the commissioner doesn't have the password to the account to get in and update the site just the owner so I will post alot but won't be able to update the site.
