Doug O'Toole: Ladies and gentlemen I present to you the NEW Owner of the XCW Steve Tashman. Now also let me present you to two more new things. The NEW Team XCW and the NEW XCW Commissioner Myself Doug O'Toole. Steve Tashman thank you for giving me the right to come out here and especially thanks to you for giving me the Commissionership!

I am going to fix this federation and whip it into shape. First off if the XCW by some chance wins at PayBack than remember it just sounds stupid to say "I'm the XCW/uWa United States Heavyweight Undisputed Champion". You will just be the XCW United States Champion etc. We will no longer even use the name uWa! Now onto the best of bussiness I am now going to make some announcments.

As already stated earilier this week by former commissioner Rick Adams Thursday Night Torment was added to the cards and then was taken back off. The next show will be PayBack and you better start RPing. Now onto the people that will be fired well we'll just get to that after we take all of the uWa contracts at PayBack. Next onto the fact that many of the XCW wrestlers think that if the XCW wins than the uWa and all the uWa wrestlers will be gone! No again as eariler stated the losing company forfeits all there wrestlers to the winning company so it's like a giant merger! If the XCW wins than the people you suposedly hate will be in the same company as you and vice versa! If the uWa wins your all under contract to the uWa and my new commissionership is worthless because JD will have all the power!

So once again Steve Tashman thank you for the job, nobody else would give me the time of day but you finally recognized my true skill. So I will RP again with anything else that comes up!

*Doug O'Toole walks over and stands right next to Steve Tashman and the rest of Team XCW while they wait for JD and Team uWa*
