*WEBN's Down With The Christmas hit's the arena and out walks the new XCW Commissioner Doug O'Toole. He is wearing an XCW PayBack jersey and is dancing around with a microphone in his hand as he makes his way down the entrance ramp. He then walks up the steps and gets into the ring. He then continues the dance around in the center of the ring bouncing off the ropes. Doug O'Toole begins to speak*

Doug O'Toole: Well, I'm finally here! I am finally here the commissioner who knows how to have fun! I am here to say something. We know who is on Team XCW, but who is on Team uWa? Now the site is updated so there shoudn't be anymore complaints. Now onto The Undertaker, Lance Storm, Kane and Edge! The Undertaker you can hate Lance Storm all you want and the XCW doesn't care but I have scheduled a XCW/uWa World Heavyweight Undisputed Championship REmatch for the Undisputed Championship! It will be Lance Storm vs. NightHawk. There will also be a number 1 contenders match for the Undisputed Championship!

Icey Blood, Triple H, Undertaker, Kane, Edge, The Rock and a few more wrestlers that RP well will be in this match! Whooo! The crowd cheers. The loser of the rematch will be placed into the match and be given one more chance to become #1 contender and champion. If the XCW loses at PayBack this match might not take place due to JD is the uWa Commissioner and if they win it will be up to him. Plus some of you might not be here anymore if they take control.

...So ladies and gentle men the time until PayBack is shortning so get RPing. The show will be EXTREMLY soon just as Doug O'Toole says extreme he is enterupted.

The ECW music hit's the arena and out walks former XCW Commissioner Rick Adams. He is also holding a microphone in his hand he stands at the top of the entrance ramp.

Rick Adams: Well Doug I am glad to see that you are taking this job seriously!(while Doug is dancing in the ring). I am just letting you know that after I get sick of you I will come back so remember you are only the XCW Commissioner in my absence. The XCW better still be here when I get back too! Now I will leave you to the control of the XCW and I will come back to check on you soon and make sure your a fair commissioner.

Rick Adams goes backstage and leaves the new XCW Commissioner Doug O'Toole in the ring to finish his message.

Doug O'Toole: Well back to the subject I will post all the Monday Night Mutiny matches for you to see on the RP Board as soon as PayBack is over. Well if the XCW is still around that is(laughing). I am going to wait in my office for the uWa Commissioner JD to come out here and announce Team uWa.

*Doug O'Toole's real music Here Comes The Money hits the arena and Doug O'Toole makes his way out of the ring and up the entrance ramp. He goes backstage into his office and locks the door while watching the monitor for a responce*
