Doug O'Toole: First off the desicion to hold up the XCW Tag Team Championship was not my decision that happened before I became Commissioner and I don't have the athority to over ride it. I did however put you in a match with The BB Man and The Galaxy to give you a fair shot at getting them back. I understand that you like to RP as a team but I senserly doubt that all of you are in front of one computer RPing together. So it's not too much to ask Jimmy and Billy Slammer just RP by yourselves SOMETIMES! You can still be in the team RP's just don't be in ONLY the team RP's.

I didn't screw you over at all. All I did was try to make a mense of what happened. I gave you another shot to fix what Rick Adams did. I also don't want you to freak out because I do not intend on EVER holding up a title unlike Rick Adams who did! You get your shot so if your RP's are good enough than you will have no problem winning them back so RP about The BB Man and The Galaxy! Oh and if you've noticed your names are off the threatened list on the main page. You have personally came and talked to me and I respect that so now it's time for you to respect my job and realize that what's done is done and you have to take what I give you.

I gave you what you deserve a shot at the Championships that you were wrongfully striped of. I can only do so much and now it's up to you. RP well and this will all work itself out! I'm sorry guys!
