Yes all final decisions are made by Steve. I misunderstood Rick Adams old message about the Slammer Brothers and hope that you can forgive me. The problem is fixed I'm sorry the Slammer Brothers ARE the Tag Team Champions and please cut me some slack I haven't had alot of time to make mistakes and I will NOT make anymore!
